As a special incentive for Advanced JAM students, we have established a Jammer of the Month and Runner-Up Jammer of the Month award. Each month, we select two girls who meet the qualifications to win Jammer of the Month and then we post her picture on this page. In order to win Jammer of the Month, the student must have perfect attendance for that month, wear a Florida Jammer shirt to each class, be able to demonstrate a skill that we’ve been working on with proper form/technique (this shows us that she has been practicing at home), and exhibit behavior that is conducive to the growth and development of the team (e.g., respect, teamwork, listening skills, etc).  It is possible for a girl to win Jammer of the Month more than once.  At the end-of-the-year recital, we give out the coveted "Jammer of the Year" award, which is AWESOME!

Several girls qualified to win Runner-Up Jammer of the Month for January.  We had trouble picking just one!  So to be fair, we are naming the whole class Runner-Up Jammer of the Month!  Way to go!  Keep up the good work!
