Each spring, the Florida Jammers team up with Community Youth Development to present "Fit and Fun with Hip Hop" at the Annual Girls Summit. Middle school-aged girls from all over Sarasota County are invited to participate. During these workshops, participants learn helpful stretches to improve flexibility and strength as well as funky new hip hop movements.  Thanks for having us, CYD, and we'll see you again next year!
